Returns and Refunds Policy

Rugged Overland Outfitters LLC (herein “We”) accepts returns made within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for return or exchange. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued from Rugged Overland Outfitters LLC at customerservice@ruggedoverland.com.

• Upon request, Customer will be provided with an RMA Form to be completed and returned with the proof of purchase and the authorized item(s) being returned.
• Returns received without an RMA or receipt will not be accepted.
• Returned items must be unopened, unused, uninstalled, and unmodified.
• Return shipping/freight is Customer’s responsibility, unless We shipped the wrong item, and then We will provide Customer with a pre-paid return shipping label.
• For defective items, We can help determine if the product is covered under a Manufacturer Warranty, and supply the Manufacturer contact information.
• All returns are subject to inspection prior to acceptance.
• Drop-Shipped orders are subject to the Manufacturer’s return policies and approval.
• Return in original or new shipping packaging. Returns shipped in manufacturer’s packaging will void the return.
• Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Upon RMA approval, a refund will be processed within 2 business days. Financial Institutions processing times vary and may take 1-5 business days to reflect credit.
• Customer will be notified whether the return is accepted, and when the refund issued. 

 

NON-REFUNDABLE
Original shipping fees, free shipping promotions, promotional items, apparel, special orders, and custom orders.


CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been fulfilled and shipped. Shipped items must go through our RMA return process.


SHIPPING ISSUES
Customer is responsible for verifying and providing the correct shipping address on the order. Customer will be provided with a tracking number and is responsible for order once it has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping company to report.
